My husband has a 15 yr. old son, the child carries his last name, but we have recently discovered my husbands name is not on the birth certificate. How can we get it added?

Has DNA been done? Was the mother married to someone else when the child was born?

My husband was actually there for the birth but had no ID, He swears he signed paperwork, but cert. we got only lists her maiden name, they were never married, it was in fort myers Florida.

and yes DNA has been done, he is the father.
