Is it possible to add central air using the Lennox G23Q3/4-100-2 furnace?

Central a/c can be added to any forced air furnace. However, the a/c must be sized not only to the home, but also to the cfm capability of the furnace and ductwork. As long as the furnace and ductwork is sized correctly for your application, adding central air is definitely possible.
