Hello. I have irregular periods. About 2 1/2 weeks ago I had some cramping and spotting thinking I was going to get my period and it never showed. The spotting lasted just a day. Since then I have continued to cramp but no blood. I don't have a appetite but Im making myself eat. Im totally constipated. Never been constipated like this before in my life. Also when I do eat everything taste totally off, its weird. So all my urine test are coming out negative but no one can explain to me what's going on. Cramping for two weeks is not normal with a period showing up. My doctors won't do an exam on me because the urine test are negative and because of the pcos. But they won't even do an exam to see why Im cramping. Can someone please help? Im confused but I know how Im feeling and I can't make this up.
