    Speeding ticket trouble
So on Friday my friend got a speeding ticket in my car, she was driving it. She is only 16 and now she has to tell her mom about it. Her mom is bi polar and will get really mad at her and she wasn't supposed to be in my car. How should she tell her mom and I'm pretty sure when her mom finds out she will call my mom about it. I don't think my mom will get mad because she always asks why can't my friend be in my car.

Friend driving my car and got a ticket
My friend was driving my car the other day and she is only 16 and she got a speeding ticket. I'm not sure what to do. Her mom is bi polar and will get so mad at her and then tell my mom. She isn't even allowed in my car. My mom won't be mad because she always asks why can't she be in your car. So I'm just wondering is there like any way to address this to a parent without them being so mad?

    Speeding ticket help
So my friend got a speeding ticket driving my car. She is only 16 and her mom is bi polar and will get really mad at her. She probably will contact my mom about this and I'm not sure if my mom will get mad. My friend isn't even supposed to be in my car to begin with. How can she calm down her mom?

What has this got to do with the law? Do you have a legal questions or should this be moved?

Your friend was stupid and broke the law... so tell her mother is she won't... do you think she will be able to keep it a secret? I don't because if she doesn't pay the fine or go to court the state will suspend her license.. and issue an arrest warrant. The insurance company WILL find out because they do check these things and her moms insurance WILL go up... a lot.

If you think her mom will be upset now... wait until she finds out about it later.
