I am a 25 year old female who has recently been having bad pelvic pain. I went to the urgent care last week and they ruled out std's, uti, and pregnancy. So I went to my gynecologist this morning and he scheduled me for an ultrasound tomorrow afternoon. He refused to give me anything for pain without knowing what's wrong. So what do I do for the pain? I've tried hot baths, heating pad, naproxen, tramadol, and hydrocodone. All medicines that I had left over from other issues. And why won't the doctor give me something for pain? What could be wrong with me?
