My landlord has told me that me and family have to be out by June 30th and today's date is June 23rd, he never gave us any other notices or a write eviction just verbal eviction

Is this a weekly temp housing rental.
If not t what they have to do is give you a notice ( normally 30 days unless you are behind in rent) and it should be in writing. If you don't move they will have to file in court for a eviction to do it legally.
