I am a 28 year old male who is having some anxiety attacks about being far from my mother/ spouse and my general adulthood. I was diagnosed a.d.h.d as a child and dis-continued medication at high school and since have been doing fine except for the depressions and anxietys follwing my move from home ( wich is only a 2hr's drive away). I feel very childish and fearful upon these times and I just need to know if these tendencies require attention or not.
Anything to help would be great.
