    I bought a trilor and land deal from vanderbilt after we bought home now they won't foreclose on the land

    How to you remove liens? You pay the lien holder off for the full amount of the lien... there is no other way. Until you do they rightfully hold that lien. AFTER they are paid off, they will remove it.

    You don't hold the lien, and you don't own the property, you have no right to the land at this point, you can sell for fraud, if you have your deal in writing
