Insert fingure. All the normal procedure of plenty of foreplay, n lubrication. But any intimate action causes soarness and plenty of pain... any advise please...

It could be involuntary muscle spasms or anything else. Does she see a Gynecologist on a routine basis?

That's common, same thing happened to me when I first started having sex, even after a few years I still bleed at times, its not unusual she is still very virginal so to speak. I think the bleeding would decrease over time, after having sex more. Its bound to be very sore for her for a while though.
