I have had so many problems with my John Deere 116h (have almost replaced every part know) that I feel I need something new.
I don't know if you can do this, but which will give a better cut and service:
John Deere 140 or Husqvarna with 24hp Kohler engine?

I doubt if there would be a significant difference. Mostly look at inches of cut and the number of blades to tell. Basically apples-to-apples; 48" and three blades?
