I'm a 24 yr old medical student. I have fallen in love with a doctor who worked with us. Now he isn't working in our ward anymore. As he and I were really busy we only managed to talk academic stuff. After 1 month without seen him Im still unable to forget him. I managed to get one of his friends ask whether he is in any relationship and got to know that he is single and currently busy with his work. What shall I do?

You do nothing because there is nothing to do. This is your job, so focus on it, and seek romannce somewhere else.

I would think that any relationship in the workplace, is not a good idea. Particularly if this other Doctor is instructing or supervising you as a student.

You have not said anything to indicate he is showing an interest in you romantically, and that too is more reason to consider that it isn't likely anything is going to happen.
