I am going to can classes my question is I have two 3rd degree felonies against but it is withheld judication on ny records ,I have a none voilent felony 2 of escape I was drunk about to get tazed by a cop I ran with the cuffs but stopped my question is could I still be a can which I don't intend to work in a hospital maybe a nursing home or private care ,will this stop me from getting my can from the Florida board ?

You will need to address the board on this, it may effect working in any facility that is paid by medicare

Does this mean that I am still charged as beening guilty & when a criminal background check comes up can this information be used against me even though it is between me & tge courts ?

If you agree to the plea deal, yes it is treated as guilty, if you follow all the rules, then it will be as if there was no conviction, if you don't follow the rules, you will face the sentence that is given out.
