A young man (named Powers?) (mid 20s) goes to visit his brother (on a near-future Earth?? ) only to find he's been murdered by a rival (underground) fighter. Powers befriends a fighter (Eddie) and falls in love with his sister (an exotic dancer). He trains with another fighter that has a tattoo (snake?? ) on his arm.
