In Pennsylvania can I evict roommates who will not clean their room?
I have roommates that I toled to keep there room cleaned as well as clean up after themselves. They won't listen to the agreed terms and conditions that I set for them. And there room is a compleet mess. Pluss there's a smell that is coming from the room. They are husband and wife. I have pics of there room and I toled them I will be checking in ti see if its cleaned. They agreed to it at the beginning. But there room isn't cleaned. They keep bringing food and other things in to the room. Its not a big room. Its in my 2 bedroom trailor. They pay rent on a week to week basis. And they don't listen to me. I toled them if I see a cockroach in my house. I will evict them. I never had them and I know I will get them because they don't clean that room, and they have garbage piled up in there. What can I do to evict them?

Tell them that they won't get their allowances until they clean their room.

What do you meen about allowances? I want them to clean or move out. They tell me what they are doing. And how much they are going to pay me each week. And I tell them they can't watch my TV. If they don't help clean up my living room or the rest of the house. They sit and watch my TV all the time and sit in my room all the time. But will not pick up after themselves. So the question was do I have the right to evict them?

I was poking fun at you. The entire post sounded like a parent complaining about a teen-age child who refuses to clean his or her room.

Certainly. They are tenants at will. That means that you don't have to have a reason to evict them. Give them sufficient notice as required by the landlord tenant laws for your state, and if they fail to move out within that period, petition the court for an order of eviction.
