Im done wit parole on August I start probation for 5 yrs but they already started my probation this month last nit I was assaulted by 2 females I went to da hospital and pressed charges how ever I got 2 citations for fighting in public and simple assault I didn't get arrested but I'm scared Il break parole or probation I am in Texas but I got my parole transferred from north Dakota any suggestions please I've been on parole for 9 mnths I've complied wit all my requirements so this is my first time getting introuble

Have both PO on the phone before the day is over or first thing Monday if they don't have a emergancy contact.

Let them know what happened and work with them. Do not let them find out by getting a message from the police dept

Do u think il get a parole or probation violation or do u think il get a warning since I find get arrested I got citations

I would think that they may wait to see if charges get dropped if you were actually attacked.

Well these people got witnesses statin I instigated da fight I got jumped by these 2 women I have bruises everywhere one girl bit my fingers and cut them open I had to get a tetanus shot and I have a huge scratch on my face my hair is falling like crazy these girls have no marks and my kids were in da car when it was happening too bad it's a 2 n 3 yr old or id have witnesses
