I am 37 weeks today and was up all last night with a stomach ache this morning I have nausea with vomiting I have pain in my left upper hip in the back and aches in my waist line mostly prominent in my right groin area. According to yesterday my cervix was "50% closed but there is defiantly a head there" and that is quoting my midwife. I was wondering if I was experiencing labor or just joys of pregnancy?

Her office is closed today and I would have to page them which I'm lucky if I hear a response within 2 hours as stupid as this sounds when I call them and ask I feel dumb
