My story starts with me getting one of my twin nephews born in AZ to my sister who didn't want him due to his handicaps.I have had him for 3yrs now but my question is she has had the other twin and his two older brothers removed and will not get them back after taking them and fleeing with them.they have since returned and are in foster care but since she is my sister I cannit have contact with them.I am wanting to get thwm here to IL with our family and their brother.they have no family in AZ and I'm the only one who is willing to gi see them there.what can I do and should I get an attorney?
