I am looking for some help I hope I don't have to pay for this and someone just could answer it for me.My question is a have a friend that's on probation and he got violated the probation officer wanted him to sign the waver that's asking 6 to 9 months OK so he didn't sign it so he got to go to a pom hearing and the pom act suppose to carry 60 to 120 PDC time(days) so could a probation officer get the request he is asking for at the hearing

Most likely, the judge will normally go along with what the PO wants. He needs to have an attorney at the hearing

What if your sent to 10 years felony probation and they come in your home and find someone else with drugs and charge you to with possesiion,get locked up and then get out on bond call your probation officer and tell them what happened and they put a warrant out for your arrest and then a week later get put in jail for violation of probation 1st offense but the charge was bogus what are his options?

Im sorry to say he is in in violation Because he shouldn't be around anyone with drugs or in proximity of them and in his home that makes it unjustifiable so sorry to say he is in violation I don't see him doing too much time though its his 1st violation .
