    Vacant noticr serve by police
    If the vacant notice serve by police the tenat is not home or he is already vacant the home still he need to go to court on hearing date

    There's a big difference between 'not home' and moved out.
    Are you the tenant or the landlord?

    If the tenant was not home when served, where did the police serve the tenant?

    Where is this at?

    Do you have to appear ? Who are you, the neighbor, the landlord, the management company, the renter ?
