I'm 12 and I'm having real sickness feelings in my tummy. I lately felt like I... Leaked... But nothing was there. We've just learnt about periods in school, but I'm unsure... I've had this sickness feeling for about 2-3 days...

Hmmmm, she's never hear of periods? And doesn't know you are at the age to start?

Don't even mention the word. Just tell her your symptoms. You could have a mild case of the flu, for all we know.
