    Sibling rape
When I was 11 my 14 yr old brother held me down stripped me & raped me he then continued to hold me down while instructing our 9 yr old male cousin to have sec with me too. He called it a lesson. I am now 37 & have been devastated and tormented by this event and the many that followed. I live in Oregon & want to know if I can get justice for myself?

You should have done something decades ago... sorry that it happened, truly am... but this many years down the road... you need more evidence than just your word that it happened.

They are entitled to see such evidence and to defend against it... you are assumed innocent until proven guilty in this country. And there is a statute of limitation for such claims for good reason.. but I'm not sure what it is specifically so I won't toss out a number, someone else that is will have to answer that part.

I wish I would have or felt like I could have... but any time I told on him the next time was that much

You need to get professional counseling, for some making sure the entire family knows about it, To some confronting the people that did it, And in some ways the 9 year old may be also harmed though this .

But any time frame in any nation I am aware of, is long past.

Completely believe its hard, and like Fr_Chuck recommended... if you haven't yet... seek out counseling for it. It won't change what happened... but it will help you live with it better. And you have many years in front of you yet. If it helps you enjoy them more... its worth it.
