My dad was in the Air Force stationed in Aviano Italy. I was born on base, lived on the economy not on base for three years. When they asked my parents if they wanted me to have dual citizenship they said yes. How do you know if you have it, we cannot find any documents.

How old are you now? You can't be naturalized until you are 18... and you are going to have to present proof of what you claimed... as difficult as it might be to get.
