Don't remember much but the movie started with the phrase "A long time ago, in a galaxy far far away....."

Just kidding. But seriously, I saw a movie a long time ago and the only remember a couple of things:

1. It was a Sci-Fi movie
2. Took place on a space ship... in space
3. Had a ships computer who interacted with the crew via a woman (machine thing) sitting in a chair.
4. Something goes bad on the ship and the crew find the woman decapitated with wires sticking out.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
