Us citizen to marry uk man
Im a US citizen with a son who has aspergers. If I want to marry a UK man and work over there how have laws changed? Do I have to file taxes in the US every year and how does healyh insurance work for me? Also my 15 yr old son has aspergers. If I can't take him till he turns 18 because his father won't agree will I be able to get him a visa to live and work over there at 18 if Im married and still living there? Can I site his disability?

You better work on getting your papers to be able to live there in order BEFORE getting married in case you have problems getting them. You don't need a VISA to visit there... but you do to live there.
