    Financial institutional background checks
Can a financial institution such as primeamerica see that you have an expunged record via a FBI background check?

Is this for opening a banking account or for a position with them. And I will even ask what level position. Most banks for different levels will do various types of background searches, both tough the official police records search but also private companies. If the record was ever public and made it to private search companies records it will always be there.

Maybe... if you say there were none and they find anything... thats grounds to reject the application or even be fired if you were already hired.
