So me and my boyfriend have both been tested for STDS and we've came out to be negative but we don't have protected sex, we've only used condoms maybe 10 times tge the whole time we've been together.. my question is should still use condoms though?

Condoms are not just to protect against STDs. But they are more to protect against pregnancy.
As long as you are a long term couple, not having sex with anyone else. You should be safe from STD's at that point.
This post did not say if this is a same sex couple or not. If you are not same sex, then as long as both of you are ready to become parents, have job, can afford a child, then there is no issue.
