I was arrested 1 year ago for .5 grams of marijuana and paraphernalia. I was sentenced to 1 year probation, 6 months license suspension, 9 months of addictions classes, and around 4000 dollars in court costs and fines.

I completed everything, paid everything, and passed my first 3 drug tests. My last drug test, which was 10 days before I was done with everything, failed, with 1 point past the "legal" 15, which is about half an enzyme of THC.

I did not smoke for the past year, however, before I was arrested, I smoked about a quarter ounce a week, everyday, for about 2 years.

I was wondering 2 things;

How could I have failed after not smoking for a full year? Could it have been because I recently started exercising and I burned a THC fat cell?

What could be my punishment?

Have you been around others who were smoking, in the same room with them?

Worst that can happen, you are revoked, and go to a hearing and they sentence you to your one year in jail.

Most likely to happen, they revoke you and you sit in jail a couple of weeks, have a hearing, they put you back on probation and order you to be do drug classes.

Not as likely but possible, the PO calls you in, reads you a riot act and tells you that you are going to be tested more frequently now and if you fail again they will bury you under the jail.
** not that they can bury you under the jail but the PO will be yelling and acting like they will put you away forever if you do it again.

I've been around it once or twice but I didn't know until I smelled it. And actually I forgot to add that I pled not guilty in court and my next court date is in four days.

If you are not sitting in jail, then most likely they will just require drug classes but it is a guess of course
