This man I know. He is in jail for violation of parole. He is a menace to society, he killed someone once and is treathen someone else life, onc
E he get out. Help he need to stay lock up. What can be done? He said he only waiting to get this credit done, then he will kill this person. Its no secret lots of people know about his intention.

So has anyone told the police or the courts... or even his parole officer? "Everyone knows" doesn't everyone really does... making threats to kill someone is a crime in itself... and will violate his parole..

The person that he treaten is afraid to tell probation officer, afraid for his life, if PO officer was to give this person name this guy that is locked up has people on the outside. That can get to the one being threathen. So how can this be handle.
