A couple yrs ago I was released from my job for retail theft. I signed the papers agreeing to the theft. This was in 2008 I still can't get a job in retail and that's all I know. Is there any way I can get this taken off my background check immediately?

No... its accurate.. you did it.. and its going to remain. Eventually is going to be old enough it doesn't matter to anyone... but its not that long yet.
