I has 1 Pvt Ltd (construction) Company in Dahej, the company corporate office in New Mumbai, I Has joined as a Admin Executive, that time they give me appointment letter as a site engineer, I has told about Manager Mr. Amey, that he told me bymistakly created by HR, in that written salary is 17000/- per month, I has working near about 2 months in here, but some companies Problem, company was not working that site, I has working there, but that company was not payment me yet today, I has told about my salary to companies Owner but he also not giving any answer after that he was receiving my phone call, even those manager appoint me as a admin executive that also not pickup my phone, I can't understand, what can I do? So please help me & Where I will complaint against him?

So I have this right? You were hired at a salary of $17,000 (that's seventeen thousand dollars) a month, have worked two months and have been paid nothing?

What does the letter say about when you will be paid and the salary?

Since the OP appears to be in India, I rather doubt that the 17 K is in dollars.

I was having difficult with that - you caught me just as I was packing to go to India.

I was working with a construction company from last one year, at the time of joining I reminded them 2-3 times about joining letter, but they never provided, now after resignation they are not giving me last month(i.e. May 2012) salary saying that u have not provided us one month notice. I told them it was never been told me & I had never signed any document regarding one month notice period.

Can anybody help??
