What do you do when your talking to someone but he/she won't ask you out or spend a lot of time with you outside of school && such because he/she is 1-3 years older && cares too much about his/hers friends liking him/her?
Should I move on & forget about him? Or try harder to make his friends like me?
Please help!

The age difference doesn't matter in this case, if the person doesn't want to date you, then you can't force him. If he feels you are too young for him then that's his decision.
