I live in New Jersey and had twin boys 5 months ago, their father has been in prison since before their birth. He'll be home in about a year and a half. He wants to be added to birth certificates when he comes home. Can I add him while he is incarcerated? And if not how do I add him to their birth certificates when he comes home?
