Florida condo had an owner suicide. When selling is this fact a mandatory State disclosure?

I have never heard of such a law anywhere, and it sounds unenforceable and unconstitutional. Being as there is no Suicide Registry for starters.

Why would it be reported at all, did blood stains ruin a carpet, is there a mold issue because of the dead body, Unless the suicide effected the building or structure I don't see why this is a issue, people die in homes all the time, heart attacks, shootings, over doses.
