I have a love marriage and we were in a relationship for 4 years before our marriage, I am just 4 months old married and my husband has a female friend in his office and every time he chats with her he delets the message or the chat, I have a doubt that after coming back from work he chats with her... he has a habbit of not sharing things with me because some times I react instead of respond. What should I do , I do I get rid of this.

No trust, no relationship. So you need to decide whether you trust him or not. If you do, then it shouldn't be hard to stop worrying. If you don't trust him, then leave.

What your husband is doing sounds suspicious to me but like C0bra_M3nace said you either trust him or you don't.
I'b be wonderfing why he is deleteing text and why he is chatting with her so much after work, but that's just me. And I would certianly ask him about it.
