Why is it when I wake up every morning I have dry lips and I get it during the day?

Quite likely you are not hydrated enough. Are you drinking plenty of water during the day?

Yesterday I drank nearly two bottles of water

You should be drinking at least 8 8-ounce glasses of water per day. More if you are active and it is hot where you are.

They were a bit small than the volvic bottles and yes it is hot where I am and I not very activie

I'm not familiar with volvic bottles. We don't have that in my area of the world. How much liquid do each contain?

You should be drinking almost a liter of water a day. Most likely you are simply dehydrated.
