Before you go on to judge me I will explain my situation, it’s like this my boyfriend and I have been together for about 1 year now and he hasn’t said I love you to me and he doesn’t plan on moving out of his mom's house anytime soon and so all these things lead me to believe that he doesn’t want anything long term with me and every time I ask him if he sees anything long term with me he tells me that he does not know what will happen in the future... Ugh should I stick around or break up with him?

A person should not start dating just one person until they know a lot about them and believe they both have the same longer term goals.

It sounds like it may be time to go back dating several people till one comes up best.

If the thrill is gone, and its no longer fun, what's the point of hanging around?

I do have fun with him & the passion is there but his situation makes me feel like I should probably be looking for greener pastures for more long term goals since I am not his #1 priority.

Well in the beginning it seemed like we both had similar goals go to school & finish our careers but then he got promoted at work & I found a new better job & he feels like he needs to be the man of the house for his mother & sister since his dad just moved to another state. I am just really bothered that he doesn't see what I bring to the table in his life & he prioritizes people who don't even want him around.

Or he isn't ready to think long term, or a heavy commitment at this time. Now if you feel he isn't as into you as you want him to be, or puts his family first, which is quite understandable, then you talk about it. But if you want to start over fresh and experiment and explore to see if the grass is greemer, then you tell him that too.

Seems to me you both have greater priorities at this time however, and this relationship is neither of your top priorities at this time. No hurry is there to make it one.
