It's really not a good idea to take anything while you're pregnant, without talking to your doctor.

We really can't prescribe anything. There are a number of reasons for this. First, the theraflu available to you, may be different then the one available in my country.

Second, we don't know your medical history, or how your pregnancy is going. What could be risk free to one pregnant women, could be very dangerous for another.

It's really best to see your doctor about this.

For now, honey, warm milk (no herbal teas unless okayed by your doctor), and lots of rest, will help. But for a prescription, you'll need to see your doctor.
