Hi, I'm a teenage girl and I have short brown hair [pixie cut]
I'd like to go pastel or blonde temporarily, and I'll probably go back to my normal colour.
So I have two questions
1. Do I have to bleach/lighten my hair first?
2. If so, can I do this temporarily?
And if you know of any good products, that would be really appreciated, thanks!
