    Hey I hope you can help me, I mean I'm not huge... But I weigh about 150 &im 14 and since summers here I want to lose a lot of weight :) I don't play sports at the moment but I will be this following school year! Soo please help I need a fast and easy way to lose about 30 pounds;) thankss &plz don't.juge.. ik I'm fat

    You don't lose weight fast... you lose it slow, and change your eating habits or you are going to find you will weight 170 by the winter.

    You want easy... stop all junk foods, sweets and sodas... and exercise... thats as easy as it will get.

    Hate to break it to you but there really is no fast and easy way to lose weight. What I would do is drink lots of water, join a gym and work out every other day (I do this and it really helps), and maybe get a summer job where you are outside a lot. I'm about your age and when your young and if you approach it properly, it's not very difficult to lose weight. I REALLY think the gym will help because you look your best when you do strength and cardio; when you lose weight and tone it keeps you nice and tight instead of thin but flabby. Strength is easy to mess up with free weights but with machines your really can't. Just don't go too much and get burnt out, get on a routine you can uphold.

    First how tall are you, how much you should weigh is in comparison with your height and bone structure.

    Next as well noted, there is no "fast" way and few easy ways. You have to cut out most fast foods, start eating more fresh raw veggies and start doing regular exercises.
