Hi,doctor

I am 36 years old,never had children,is struggling for 7 years now.I went for ivf in the beginning of the year but that also did'nt work either.This month I am 10 days late with my period,I'm having a light brown discharge,get cramps on my left side and just beneath my navel.I did a pregnancy test,but it came back negative.I have my periods every 30 days,was never late,even had my periods with my ectopic pregnancy in 2008.My rightsides fallopiantube is damaged but they didn't remove it.In 2010 November I had a pregnancy but at 4 weeks I had a miscarriage.From then I didn't have any pregnancies and now I am late.So could I be pregnant?
