I have had my niece living with me for 3 months now. Her mother went to Florida to try an get her life together. She has been gone now for 2 months without really calling or anything. I have just learned that she is coming back to Missouri in less then a week. I just don't want her to take her since I don't have guadianship. The mom has no means of transportation or a home an I am worried she is going to just take her. Also she is not my biological niece an I'm not with her uncle anymore. What should I do?
