My brother is on probation in another state and put in a probation transfer,but it will take months.He still have fines and needs to go to DUI classes.Hes also homeless were he lives I want him to just come home to my state were I live.
Wihtout there nowing .Whats Mychances and he's chances.

Need some help on this or some advice to were I can get help in my state for my brother.I can't because its all confidentual or they can't get any information at all.

You can not do anything, Your brother has to talk and work with his PO and put in for a transfer of probation in writing. It will have to be approved by both states, It can be done sometimes in 30 days but can take up to 3 months.

If the state is he in is requiring that he complete the classes in their state first, that is the case.
