I can log into my email account but I am unable to read any of my emails I can't even use any of the functions on my email page. What am I to do

Completely clear your internet cache and start over.

That is not working what other options do I have. Again this is the situation, I can log in to both Yahoo e-mail accounts that I have on my computer, but once I am on the mail page I can not use any of the functions so I am unable to read or send an e-mail.
