I have gone through notary agreement for purchase of house by paying an advance to bank as the house was mortgaged and I paid the entire due to the bank directly by cheque as mentioned in the agreement.and it was also mentioned in the agreement to buy within 90days. But now 6months is going to be over on 23rd June 2012. And still the owner is not wanting to sell the house .what should I do .till how many days will the notary agreement be valid.

What is a "notary agreement"? In the US a notary is nothing more than a professional witness. All they do is attest that the have verified the identity of the signators.

But if you have a contract to buy the property, and the seller is reneging on that contract, you go to court to enforce the contract.

It is the contract and terms of contract. But it sounds like someone could be scamming you, have you had a lawyer review any of this. Since in the US, this is not how houses are sold.

The spelling "cheque" is a good clue that it's not in the U.S.

On the other hand, mis-spelling is a good clue that it is on the U.S. So who knows? :)
