    Uh-oh creaking/groaning noise
Just to be clear I'm not mechanical... I know nothing about vehicles... at all.
When I turn the steering wheel too far to the right, my car makes a grinding noise... and then when I'm driving there's a creaking/groaning noise coming from the front right side. If I go to fast it starts to vibrate and it feels kind of... like it's trying to go all over the road... and if I go over any kind of bump at all, my car bounces (more than usual)...
Does anyone have any idea of what this could be?

You will benefit from taking your car to a shop that can inspect the vehicle thoroughly and determine what is causing the noises/vibrations/bouncing.
There are so many things that can cause a number of different symptoms that guessing here would be a wild goose chase to nowhere.
