I had my last period on April 18th and I haven't had one sense. I have taken 3 pregnancy tests and all came back negative. I have been feeling tired, sick in the early mornings and when I don't eat, My breasts hurt and my partner says they look like they have gotten bigger, My belly button hurts every now and again, I have been more hungry then usual and I have been going potty like crazy. So can I be pregnant?

When was the last Home Pregnancy test ? Are you using the first urine of the morning ?

HPT are known to have false negative from time to time.

To be sure, go to the doctor for a blood test.
