I allowed someone to stay with me temporarilly in my house for a few months until they researched jobs.. They are paying no rent..

She has not found a job as of today and she has been here for 3.5 months.. She brought a dog in now just 6-days ago.. I found out some dishonest things she has been doing in real life and now I don't trust her..

How can I get her removed ? Police now know as of 6-17-2012 that she is in one of the bedrooms.. I was told now that I cannot change the locks..

How do I get her out legally,?

I agree with Judy. You have allowed her to establish residency. You don't have to be a tenant to be evicted and this lady now has legal standing in your home. Doesn't sound fair but that's the law.
