    Can I get out of my lease if I have cancer
    I live in Arizona in an apartment have cancer and the smokers all around me are giving me a bad caugh doctor sais I can't be around smoke can I legally brake my lease

    I don't read that you can, no. You COULD if someone lied and said it was a no smoking area and people smoked anyway - but I'm not seeing that.

    No this is not a reason to break the lease, unless it is written in the lease to allow it.

    Do you rent a room and other roommates smoke ? Are you are talking about people in apartments next to you ?
