Why are they out of the home? If it's a child protection situation are you in compliance with everything you've been asked to do to get them back?

No one can help you unless you explain the problem, and that includes the reason you are going to Court.

There is no "one answer fits all".

They say they took them out of the home because of leaving them in the house alone but that's not true and they have not give the court proof.I taking all the classes the told me to take and I also went back to school to get my CNA my house is safe and they just trying to tell me nothing about my kids coming home

You'll find out what it's all about in Court. Do you have an Attorney?

This sounds like they were taken some time ago, this didn't just happen? Who accused you of leaving them home alone? Do you have proof they were not alone and this is a mistake?

This sounds like a Hearing to extend the Protective Agency's authority over your children.

    Dear Cynthia:

If it's all the same to you, I'd rather not read through the first 4 1/2 pages of this thread, which have nothing to do with you or your situation. Please start a new thread next time.

As AK noted it is not a good idea to piggyback your question on another thread. To avoid confusion I've moved your question to its own thread.

For anyone to help you, you need to give us details. You have been very scanty with them. Is this in Illinois (you posted originally under a thread that mentioned Illinois) or somewhere else.

When were the children taken? What were the circumstances that they claimed they were left alone? How old are the children? What is this hearing for? What classes were you required to take? Are you a single parent? If so, what about the other parent?
