My daughter babysat my friends kids for 4 days, she was paying her 50.00 a day for both kids, 25.00 for 1 kid. She said she is only giving her 70.00, which made me mad, but now I just want to get it, and she keeps argueing with me, and making excuses and won't answer my texts, what should I do? Is there any legal action we can take?

Take her to small claims court and sue her for it. Easiest and cheapest way to do it.
Google "how do I file a small claims case in XXXXXX" filling in the state you reside. Don't even need a lawyer to do it.
